How Do I Check In For My Bus?

When you reserve, we'll email everything you need to check in with your driver, including your receipt, pickup location, and instructions for meeting your bus at the cruise port and hotel.

Help! I Can't Find My Pickup Spot!

Don't worry! Finding us is easy whether you're at your hotel or the cruise terminal. If you don't spot your bus at the designated pickup time, please give us a call.

What's Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that no matter how well you plan, things happen - that's why we make it easy to reschedule or cancel your booking.

If you miss your shuttle, give us a call to move your booking.

We offer a "Full Refund" of your shuttle tickets (minus any taxes and fees) should you cancel your reservation with us prior to the date of your shuttle transfer. Please ensure ALL refund requests are submitted via email prior to the first day of your booking. For fraud prevention purposes, cancellation requests must be made via email ONLY.

Can Large Groups Book A Ride?

We can transport groups of all sizes between the cruise ships and the hotels! Our luxury charter buses can comfortably accommodate over 50 people per trip. If you're planning a cruise for a wedding, birthday, school trip, or other event, contact us for our large party rates!
