- On the morning of your hotel pick-up, please head down to the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shuttle departure.
- For cancellation requests, please note they are accepted up to 24 hours before your initial transfer via email ONLY.
- Make sure to send your cancellation email to Info@PortCanaveralHotelShuttle.com and include either the name used for the reservation or the booking ID for reference.
- Should you require an ADA compliant wheelchair-accessible vehicle, please email our customer service team at Info@PortCanaveralHotelShuttle.com.
